For faster help, include what you were trying to do, what happened, your Chrome version, and whether you were using the normal local model mode or heuristics-only mode.
Privacy questions
SafeSend is designed to process text locally in the browser extension. If you have a question about the privacy policy, extension permissions, or Chrome Web Store disclosures, email the same support address.
Bug reports
If something does not redact the way you expected, include a short example with any real private details removed first. Do not send passwords, full card numbers, full Social Security numbers, or other sensitive secrets in a support email.
